New Blog Domain

Thanks for being so patient throught the whole transferring process.  I finally finished transferring all the blog stuff from Blogspot to Wordpress.  I tried to get the same URL, but it was already taken.  The new web address is http://www.thebrightfamily.wordpress.com/.  If you'd still like to keep up with the happenings around here, be sure to go to our new website!

The last of the December pictures

I finally had time to get the last of the December pictures posted plus a few extras.  Again, because of time, I only got them posted to my personal blog.  The more I'm working with Wordpress, the more I really dislike Blogspot!  As a result, I have decided to move all the blogs to Wordpress and work from there.  I think it will save me a lot of time and be much easier.  I'm still working on getting the new family blog set up in Wordpress, but I'll post on here when I've got everything transfered.  In the mean time, all the pictures have been posted to my personal blog.  To keep up with us, visit my blog by going to http://www.princessforhim.wordpress.com/ or by clicking on the link on the right.  Thanks for your patience!

-Alright, I know it's been over a month since we last posted.  I apologize for the delay in getting new posts up!  As I'm sure everyone well knows, the holidays are a pretty crazy time.  After driving to North Carolina and back and a few weeks of company, life is finally settling back down to normal.  I will try to sort through the hundreds of pictures that have accumulated in the past month and get some new pictures posted within the next week.-

Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving this year, we were happy to have David's parents come out for the weekend.  Our Thanksgiving tradition is to go around the table and have everyone say one thing that they are thankful for.  Here is what everyone was thankful for this year.

Dad - God's grace towards undeserving sinners

Mom - all of God's beautiful creation

Grandpop - thankful for the fact that his parents were both saved before they died

Grandmom - "her sweetheart, the most wonderful man in the world"

Sarah - the privilege of prayer

Rebecca - her salvation

Matthew - freedom

Ben - "my dirtbike"

Rachel - fishing

Hannah - "my life"

Lydia - everyone's birthdays

Joshua - Daddy (with a little coaching from the afore-mentioned person!)
